Squark Games' educational games division, SquarkEDU, has been appointed as the Official Online Resource Centre for Thinkcon-1, Malaysia's first ever convention to showcase the use of designer games in classrooms as tools for developing critical thinking and other skills to be held on Sri Cempaka School, Damansara on 17 to 18 January 2009.
Our free online facilities at SquarkEDU include
• News of the latest innovations and ideas in using games in education
• Announcements of local and international events in educational games
• Community discussion forums in which educators and parents share ideas on effective ways of using games as teaching tools
SquarkEDU was covered by The New Straits TImes: Squark Games in NST.
